By taxi: please show the driver the following;

MRT to Sanam Chai Station then 15-20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi
BTS to Saphan Taksin, then yellow/orange flag boat to
1. Wang Lang (left bank). Cross over by boat to Tha Prachan (right bank)
or
2. Tha Chang (right bank) then take left on the main road and walk straight 5-10 minutes to university
