United Nations Expert on Impact Investment Meets Students on SPD Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation Course

Students on our SPD course "Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation", led by Ajarn Pred Evans, welcomed Dr Artak Melkonyan, the COO for Impact Investment at UNDP to the Faculty of Social Administration on 26th October 2022.

Dr Artak, with his vast experience in academia, business and the UN, gave a thought-provoking and insightful presentation on how businesses are increasingly investing in, and creating, real social impact and social benefits through focussing on the Sustainable Development Goals.

With students from Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Japan, France, Germany, Sweden and Poland making up the 18 students on this course, we are truly benefitting from inputs from a wide range of contexts and experiences, as well as the international expertise of our speakers.
